The staff was exceptional. The night crew bent over backwards to accomodate an issue for me. Everyone was so friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the wall bottles, no more trying to get stuff out of little bottles.

Shanna one of the manager went above to make our stay right. Booking .com messed our reservation up. The young man working front desk & Shanna were wonderful thank you guys.

Very friendly staff, the hotel has a lot of potential to be very nice. Pool looked nice, aside from the 30 10yr Olds in there that I could literally hear while in my room on the 3rd floor, all night, then when they run up and down the halls till 2 or 3am knocking on random doors.
